NV_4 Crashes

Getting lots of these, system specs -

E2160 @ 2.8ghz (Prime Stable)

MSI P35 Neo2-FR

4GB OCZ Platinum (4x1GB) DDR2-800

Sparkle 8800GT 512mb

CPU is the only component in my watercooling loop.

Basically the game freezes, sounds start to loop and everything goes 4bit with a 640x480 resolution. Have to restart PC in order to get it to go back to normal. Tried some NV4 loop fix to no avail. Tried 180.48, 180.81 and 181.00 drivers all with the same result. Also got a similar crash on Far Cry 2 but all other games such as Dead Space, Crysis etc all work fine.

Any help?

I had that loop-issue just before my graphics card gpu burned up.
