Well here are the TinEye search results for it (TinEye is a reverse image search, i.e. give it an image and it'll locate it for you) and it appears taht someone has cropped what was visible of the face out of it.

 

It should be noted that the first result finds the picture hosted on "dumpstersluts.com" by the way. So either your friend is an impersonator or some form of dumpster slut.
