Has anyone tried screaming at R* for this crap? I am really disappointed that I bought this game that clearly has no support towards the HUGE amount of ATI users out there. My past experiences say that is what is called "tearing" if you overclocked and or cranked all of your settings way up. turn everything back to default and try it.
