GTAMonkey2012
No matter about performance AA should be available no question. Also it would be nice to have the "p" blur separate from motion blur. That way you can have motion blur effects without the screen blur and have that under a different option. HakuAnime
AA is really necessary. The graphics look horrible without it.
Nemon
Anti-Aliasing is really needed. R*, if you insist this game is future-proof, why is there no AA? In the future, there is no AA. Rockstar has acknowledged the fact that by 2021, the resolution is so awesomely high that they just decided to cut the AA from now on. That's why this game is next gen!!!
techbeam
i guess the only people who should complain about no AA in the game are those happy owners of GTX280 / 4870x2... i think the perfomance hit of turning on at least 2x AA on other systems will be huge... imho.. techbeam
btw, turning depth of field/motion blur on improves the overall visual appearance of the game and somehow "reduce" that jaggedness.
derdante
If a 360 can pull off 2x AA, my PC can do it too. Do it!

Smiler-Online
In my opinion, one of the worst things about GTAIV is the bad aliasing problem... I dont think that blur is a simple fix... it just looks rediculous...

SoftUnderbelly
If Xbox 360 owners get AA, why shouldn't us gamers who spend six thousand on a PC get AA? Seems like a drastic oversight.

Treebiter
Can't play this game without AA. I've played it to death already on the PS3 and the only reason I got it on the PC was for the graphics (and mods). As it is, it looks uglier than Sarah Jessica Parker after drinking a glass of whole-fat ugly under the ugly tree. Also, how come the cut scenes and benchmark loop both have AA truned on? Watch the benchmark... that's how I expected this game to look
