Firkon
Is this one supported for 1.0.3.0? Apparently it's not. I just tried and I get a error which says something about the filescheck thing. bean_xp
I don't understand the whole picture anymore. Is it the asiloader or the asi-files which need to be updated? Also I red something about that Scripthook must be updated? :S Let me clear it up for you and anyone else. Alex's asi loader (v 1.0.2) is working fine with the newest patch. All asi files must be updated to newer versions by the users. For the mod developers that are using the script hook to develop their mods they must wait for the scripthook to be updated - So there is no need to pester many modders to update their mods, they know what needs to be done and can only act so fast. Part of this site was listed for suspicious activity 2 time(s) over the past 90 days. The link has been deemed clean, apparently, and is no longer generating that red page of death, so I can't check it for myself, so I assume you mean that message was there and I just didn't notice? If so, thanks for satisfying my curiosity. That's pretty pathetic, though. It just takes two measly people to essentially shut down a website? Wow. Geqxon
I am kind-off having a problem with the installation of Asi-Loader. My GTA IV installation is a clean European installation using there original DVD, no cracks, 1.0.3.0. I then copied EFC20FIX.asi (GTA IV EFC20 ERROR FIX) and dsound.dll (GTA IV ASI LOADER 1.0.2.0b) to "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\". When I start the game using LaunchGTAIV.exe, I get a pesky "GTA IV has stopped working" error, even before the game starts. I have looked and looked, found nothing, can you please help me? Gforce
Hi Alex, is there any chance you can update your filecheck bypass asi script to work with IV V3 ? obviously i want it for offline use only, but mainly to bypass the filecheck with the filelist.pak if possible. thx in advance
Alexander Blade
only removing filelist.pak execution , like it was in 102 -- the same effect will be if u delete filelist.pak
Gforce
in V3 filelist.pak is used for mapping the stuff that was originally mapped by the images.txt, gta.dat and filelist.pak in V1, for mapping new img's etc in V3, we now need to edit the filelist.pak because the gta.dat and images.txt are no longer used. i have been able to add new img's and ide/wpl sets in V1 by editing 3 files, filelist.pak, images.txt and gta.dat but with V3 things are different. maybe the img's are now called from the gta4.exe but until i can edit the filelist.pak and bypass the filecheck we will not be able to find out. edit: any editing of V3 filelist.pak causes the game to crash on startup when loading the savegame part.
