This is an attempt to fight back at the lack of actual multiplayer activity here in the forums. Instead of gangs organizing matches against each other, friends, couples, old people and even enemies can form a team of four and sign up to participate in the world league. Please note that this league is only for GTA IV Who can participate? Anyone. But I can't play a game every weekend! Do I care? Yes, yes I do. This is why there is an official match every month, during the first week of the new month a roster goes up of teams playing-off for points which go into a ladder-style system. (Think your local sports team ladder ranking). Well, how do the matches get organized? You have a whole month to talk to your team and the opposition about what time and what date is suitable for everyone, once that is done, you get ready to play!. Official matches need to be finished by the 29th of the month, (28th for poor ol' Feb). Thats all great man, but me and my team want to play more then once a month! Organize exhibition matches, they won't count towards your ranking on the ladder, but hey, you'll increase your skills. Why is it only teams of four? Because its a number that will work. DDZN and other gangs with more then 4 members for the GT had issues with which members to enter. The fact that this isn't a gang related league, any one can form a team.
