This is the first online game that I've really gotten into. The whole 'missions' approach to the game modes works really well, and then there's the class system, the Clan system, the ribbons... I made General yesterday, Scout is downright useless without Zoom/Spot & Mark. I tried playing a Pyrrhus Rise sniper only match, but kept getting out-sniped while cloaked by people with Spot & Mark. But i always seem to get stuck around the 9 kills ofcourse.. no ribbons for me I just got the disguise thingy yesterday, it is awesome! i love to walk over to the enemy base to take the snipers out Im working on my boost medal and medic medal now... Boosting to the middle of the map, dying, boosting after respawn, etc. was not fun (Especially when I didn't get a stupid f*cking ribbon cause I only did it 9 times). The way i did it is, spawn, boost to the action (preferably s&d indoor room), wait till my boost has been recharged, boost inside kill two people with my pistol, run out, recharge and repeat. Got my m4 that way the other week. That gun f*cking rules, two shots and they are dead! @oldage: true, the tactitian can be the difference between winning or losing. A shame many people dont know where to deploy the spawnpoints.. Asault is a kind of "meh" class, i dont like using the rocket launchers, but the boost ability is really handy. Good for s&r.. I got my first capture and hold ribbon yesterday as well! goddamn hard, you have to kill 10 players while defending. Goddamn impossible. The saboteur is absolutely amazing, i forgot how good the smg is.. And the disguise is so much fun, The best part is when they have to defend during assasination. Get in the defensive circle with them, wait a few seconds, and blow em all up with a well placed grenade. They wont know what hit them i'll add you tonight btw. I'd really like to just play some team death matches/ death matches n such by choice.. i don't really like the idea of having no control over what type of game I'm playing, any advice? I've been playing alot of Reistance 2 and CoD4 so I'm still getting used to the controls, I'll probably play through the campaign first before I have a crack at MP. The game is fun, graphics are great, but its really frustrating dropping a grenade when I need a melee. I don't have the time now to give KZ2 the respect it deserves, which is kind of sad seeing as it's one of the reasons I bought my PS3 three years ago... asimov Posted May 15, 2009 Share Posted May 15, 2009 The whole screen shaking all over the pace as you run around is pretty cool, and pretty realistic, but I think it detracts a bit from the game. Also, is it just me or is it the longer you turn the faster you turn. Like I'll be aiming slowly in one direction and suddenly it will pan really fast. Oh yay, more stupidly overpriced maps. 2 maps for the same price isn't going to keep online going. I'll probably still buy it, but the game needs more than two maps at a time. EDIT: hmm.. i think I'm gona have to dload the 1st DLC now... lol to the complaint above.. when selecting join you need to change your settings so it's not just games you cant join.. not their fault you just hastally clicked away.
