Multi-player will need a facelift in a few months, new maps or classes through dlc maybe? I really don't mind another game being developed so soon after the release of part 2. Well i would have thought they would section off a part of the team to keep the MP in check and develop new content for that while the main bulk of the team works on another project, most likely Killzone 3. I rushed to your flanks, without your team noticing, but when I was right behind you they noticed. I emptied my whole f*cking clip on you, so much fun I litteraly survived hell.... PowerPats Posted March 5, 2009 Share Posted March 5, 2009 Ha i played a little and then I faced the electricity heavy helghan I was like: Holy sh*t, how am I ever going to beat that guy, Then he walked up on me I was running away like pigs from a gun. I shot whole clips on him but it did not work, Than I thought about how I beat a heavy dude earlier in the game, And indeed this guy also had rockets on his back, So I threw some grenades at him and shot my gun empty on his tanks. You did take me by surprise though, i look at the radar a lot and i didn't notice you, and i love the air support ability great distraction for the enemy team, especially when you have two at the same time. @DC93: Getting the trophies for killing the bosses in the certain amounts of time are all really easy, especially with the ArcTrooper later on. Other than that it's an awesome game. Kind of reminds me of Black for some reason. My only other complaint would be the AI of the other guy with you in the first few missions. All you have to do is get the repair ability for the Engineer class, or have someone on your team have it, they repair the turret, it then becomes usable for your team and your team only, thats how the Ammo Dispensers work, they get repaired by an Engineer first. Getting the ability to repair is a damn daunting task as you need 8 of the ribbons that require you to get 5 turret kills in a game, i can get around 4 in a game sometimes. I'm nearly a General online though, only need a couple of Hundred points and i'm there, with only around 10 Hours playtime online, but i absolutely love the Tactician class, it's very useful as most of the people who are tacticians are too dumb to even bother placing damn spawn points, and the Air Support is great for distractions, needs beefing up a little bit though if it's gonna be any use of getting kills and actually staying alive in combat situations. I played a little and i completed the mission on the spaceship where the hellghast attacked your spaceship, it was a pretty epic fight, explosions everywhere and isa fighting against hellghast. I got a little sad about the ending, were they killed your boss and the female scientist. I love the way near the ending how he sacrificed himself and let the spaceship crash with him. And why does he want to come over if he has that game. It will go into a patch we are working on at present, but there is a workaround in the mean time to get it. Simply ensure that you are the Game Creator rather than client and you'll be awarded it. Network Errors/Honor Ranks We are also looking at fixing a good bunch of the network errors and are looking into the complaints about the Honor Ranks as well as a couple of other bits and pieces. We'll provide a list of fixes when we are close to releasing the patch. Bots We're working on a permanent solution for the bots stat padding and have some internal solutions that we're going to work on implementing. We'll let you know what those are when we've got the patch together and the solution implemented. We will NOT be wiping ALL stats and padders will be looked at individually by the moderators. www.kz.com www.killzone.com is being sorted out today to deal with the massive traffic its been facing and hope to have some long-term solutions in place shortly. The stats are currently empty on the site and will be repopulated today. Controller Issues We have not stopped looking into the complaints and will see what we can do about it. Any possible changes will have to be carefully implemented and tested before being deployed though. Charge disarming We have identified the issue where sometimes the C4 charge in Search and Destroy will not disarm. Will be fixed with the next update. Shotgun Aim Assist Investigating the problem and will patch it up. Clan Games Sometimes the clan that does not turn up for a match is awarded the win under specific circumstances. Will be patched ASAP. Battle Replay for Map 8 - Corinth Crossing The BR on www.killzone.com is not quite right and will be fixed soon. Ignore list Was found not to be functioning correctly. I'm not quite sure actually, Call of Duty 4 has something similar and it's manageable. Oh god how i hate people who use the assault class, they just have to pick the damn rocket launcher don't they, the grenade launcher is just as effective, and if you get a direct hit on someone with it, it explodes straight away.
