GTA IV PC PROBLEM!

I have an problem... I go to social club, press PLAY and then it opens the black window you know and then it disappears and nothing happens. It wont start! : sad.gif Please, Help me.

 

I have:

 

Ati Radeon X1950pro

 

Windows XP Home Edition + Service Pack 3

 

DirectX 9

 

Microsoft Framework 3.5

 

C:\ free memory: 8.47 Gt

 

D:\ free memory: 34.2 Gt

 

GTA IV is on my D:\ ROM

 

I have LG Multi RW DVD ROM

 

Intel® Core2 CPU 6600 2.40GHz
