There's no time to go hunting for v2X servers at the moment, the games start tomorrow. These servers are guaranteed to be empty most of the the time.

9 days until the PS3 matches and there is still no word on settings. I can sort this out if needed. I just need to know if the PS3 players want to play like men or eunuch's.

The settings are arranged. No auto aim. Low peds/cars. Daytime, Clear weather, no Friendly fire, No Mics if opposing team doesnt have them.

 

The only thing is that the matching teams pick out one of 5 modes which they will host for the match, and arrange the time!

These are the 2 most important settings, hence the "men or Eunuch's", so I wouldn't go as far as to say "The settings are arranged."

I mean if it is limited to 4v4, set game modes & you cant mutually reschedule the date, i can't imagine that the administrators of this tournament will allow you to make your own settings. Plus I'd like to see all teams playing on the same field.

peds and traffic on low, weather clear and daytime. Looks like another generic game. You really should play around with the settings. Peds on high makes for some fun shooting and good human shields. Not to mention a shoot out in the middle of a busy road when traffic is on high.

It's because of lag.

 

Blips are to be allowed, and weapons should be off team hosts match. Also re-spawn near!

 

That means, DDZn vs LYPSE

DDZN hosted match, you select the mode you want out of those 5 given, 4on4 these settings i mentioned, and select the weapons of your likeness

LYPSE hosted match the same as DDZN, except they get to pick the mode and weapons of their likeness.

If the result is a tie 1-1 in wins, then a 3rd match will be made, and teams should arrange the settings by themselves.

If some team wins both matches, just goes through.

 

 

 

 

Though my worry is the sa:mp, i'm afraid i might need to downgrade/upgrade inbetween matches, for those servers Arv picked

Settings do not effect lag on PSN. And what does "Blips are to be allowed" mean. Do you even know what the options are?

Andy, So you're saying that the Blips and weapons are to the gangs choice, eh? Why such settings that make a big difference? Blips should be set for every gang because they do make a huge difference.. Blips all is typically way to easy.. Blips Far Is the way to go.. more sneaky, more skill..

 

The VC:MP/SA:MP Is kicking off tomorrow? Should be interesting, Good luck to all those gangs participating in that.

Also, I think that the Settings should be posted on the main page to lesser confusion.

And yeah, each gang gets to host a match, and pick weapons.

 

Dunno, maybe there should be some setting for weapons as well, but i'll leave that to phusion to decide, this is just my suggestion at how it goes.

Reticule Health: On/Off

Voice Chat: Team only, off, Proximity, On.

Respawn Distance: Near, medium, Far.

Respawn Time: 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 Seconds.

Time of Day: Random, morning, midday, evening, midnight.

Weather: variable, Clear, Overcast, Drizzle, rain, foggy.

 

 

For Me the I believe that it should be

 

Location doesn't matter. 20 Minutes, 10 minutes to turn the game around for each team. No auto-aim, weapons: Standard Or Powerful, Blips, far, peds/traffic High. reticule heath, On, voice Chat Team Only, respawn medium, 5 seconds. Time of day, Evening, weather, Rain.

Seriously..........i'm trying to stir up discussion that needs to happen. It is not my fault that this is not as organized as it should be, i am trying to get it there.

 

I never once said anything about "my gang being so good" so maybe you should try reading rather than just trying to start some sh*t. I don't want my way but I do have the option to add my opinion. Police on is a joke and blips all is for little kids that barely have the ability to play the game.

It seems to me that it's plenty organized, you're just butthurt because it's not going the way you want it to. Why don't you discuss the settings with the clan you'll be competing with, instead of continually complaining about them in this topic?

To be honest, i'm loving that cops are going to be on, i never play any games where they are anymore, they kind of add to the excitement, and can end up breaking up a firefight due to their presence, i know DDZN don't usually use Police in games, but learn to adapt to the fact they are there, it's not that bad if you really think about it.

Well, a lot of us (myself anyway) never play games with cops on. It'd be a cool experience since it seems new to just about every clan here. I'm just saying.

I don't think blips make you a better or worse player at all, though. It's usually the player that makes the player...
