I am very very sure my graphic card is direct x 9 supported , i looked around the web but no solutions are available i really need help please someone. wnkinc Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 what do you mean? i been getting the same thing, and ive reinstalled everything, reinstalled, ive installed enough games to know whats up..,, give em time their working on it, its proberly the video card needs to be updated.. properly don't recognize dates from game to driver. cant pick up dirextx9, and its their,, and from the time u hit start, for the first time, it should like most games, have done, go straight to some introduction video,. and they usally call for higher resolutions frame rates. etc.. if i can just get pass the introduction, and go to the start up screen, with display settings sound etc. i can properly fix that... im guessing i know nothening.. wnkinc Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 (edited) Me too, it just blackout and immediately bring me to desktop with the error, can anybody just help pls. at this point, where ever your at, just go play another game, if ihear anything i post, this is me life i be around, and if find anything, u tell me. and then we find servers, grab a BMX bike, and em, i dont want kill anyone just quite yet if i can help it , or fight, or be chased by cops, from what i seen when this gets working i just like to grab a bike, ride around and checkout this great art work. this game is going to be bad ache,. so relax,, dont be afraid if u have to wait 48 more hrs,,, i bet u anything if u go build a garden like me tomorrow, it'll be ready,,. keep in mind people, this is a new venture for even rockstar,. the first online gta game, our dreams have come true, give em time they know!
