Lutra78 Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 I have exactly the same system: It runs with this settings with smooth 30fps: Textures: Medium Rendering: Very High View: 25 Detail: 40 Cars: 33 Shadows: 2 You should install "AMD Dual Core Optimizer" and Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 before playing.
