Rockstar Social Club install failing

Soooo.... I can't even get to the point of installing the actual game, because every time it makes me install the Rockstar Social Club bullsh*t, THE INSTALLER CRASHES!!

 

Here's the error that comes up:

"An error (-5001 : 0xffffec75) has occured while running the setup.

 

Please make sure you have closed all applications blah blah blah run it again.

Has anyone else been having this problem, or am I just f*cked?
