BigPET
Hello there, I tought it was normal, but after testing a bit, I also can't get more than 23 fps OUTSIDE. Inside I can get like 30-40fps. No problems there, but as soon I get out from the safehouse ithe FPS drops to 15... then it get's around 20. Depends if it's night or day. Now, I'v put everything to minimum. 1024x768 resolution and so on, I still don't get more FPS even that I should. I have tried to put -fullspecaudio into the command file but no results. Other suggestions? I don't have a sound card, only the onboard. My system is: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2,60gHZ NVidia9600GT 2GB RAM Could you please post a few benchmarks with different settings, low, medium, high. MY CPU is maxing out at 96% so thats most likely why I can't gain any more frames. I'v ran a benchmark ... but I don't know where the results are. Later Edit: Statistics Average FPS: 18.68 Duration: 37.31 sec CPU Usage: 84% System memory usage: 85% Video memory usage: 96% Graphics Settings Video Mode: 1280 x 1024 (60 Hz) Texture Quality: Medium Render Quality: High View Distance: 25 Detail Distance: 37 Hardware Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 Video Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT Video Driver version: 180.84 Audio Adapter: Realtek HD Audio output AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ I usualy let the View Distance and Detail Distance to about 25 or so ... don't know why Detail is at 37. Anyway... at Night the game seems to run a bit slowly.

Biff73
I was playing a few hours and with Fraps i've noticed that the game do not pass the mark of 23 fps any time. And in missions intros looks like locked at 23 fps. Someone has the same problem? Time to buy a new graphics card
