mva5580
That's the biggest thing so far for me in this game, it just kills the "immersion" factor. I mean when I look one way, turn around to look the other, and then back again, it's pretty frustrating to have to continue seeing the same buildings/objects being re-drawn over and over. It's no fun to see it happen during cutscenes either. They'll show the angle facing Nikko, and then the opposite, and when they go back and forth you have to keep watching the same things disappear and reappear. Gets a little old. They fix that, and I'm all good with the game. The frame rate certainly isn't acceptable, but the game is playable. The re-drawing of objects gets annoying though. LulzChicken
I agree, I can play the game if the textures weren't screwing up all the damn time.
Th3 ProphetMan
Best you can do for now is use lower drawing distance..

I don't have this issue at all, bud. Although I have a quad core Q9550 (one of the most recent Intel models) and GTX 280.
kionna
i was able to fix the pop up issue by making sure the memory usage was in green .. also added -nomemrestrict to the launchgtaiv shortcut.. now my popups are completely gone.. drop your draw distance just enought to make vram usage green and try it
Brawly
Didn't R* say less pop-ins and there seem to be more on PC than console.
dobbo
this is probably why there are restrictions on video options. anyway i bumped UP my draw distance and this seemed to fix this a bit, ive only got 320mb of vram to work with but atm its on 500 or so, well in the red and still no lag
