Tony Mozzarelli 80
In Resident Evil one when your playing as Jill and you enter a small corridor that is seemingly enemy-less. Then all of a sudden as you walk by the window, a f*ckin zombie Doberman dog crashed through it and scares the crap out of you. Fun. This is by far the jumpiest moment eve
Creed Bratton
The only RE game that was scary for me was actually RE4. None of the previous RE games were scary at all. I guess I only get scared by 3d creatures. And Regenarators were f*ckin' scary. They move, breath and bite scary. And the music in that room where you first encounter them is just too much for itself. You know something bad is gonna happen, and soon. And there is nothing you can do about it. They did feel quite childish though when I acquired Chicago Typewriter and Handcannon

freak2121
My first time playing Half Life 2 in Ravenholm.I was on a rooftop thinking"Well no zombies here" and then suddenly the Fast Zombie comes from my back smacking me and doing the Wilhelm scream with it's bloody arms just ripping your skin off FAST. Remix
I've jumped a few times while playing Fallout 3. Walking in the dead quiet out in the wasteland and then being attacked from behind gets me every time.

Damo.
The first Max Payne game scared the sh*t out of me on more then one occassion. The worst is the last dream sequence. Each time you fall that deafening, blood-curdling scream goes off. I actually had to mute the sound on my TV. It was the highest, loudest sound I've ever heard. ryuclan
Resident evil 3 had a lot of those moments for me. Any silent hill game, they scare the crap out of me. And a few parts in Doom 3. Especially when the body falls from the ceiling and it's just hanging there.
oldage
Call me retarded, but the first time when I played Co-op zombie nazi mode with my bro on splitscreen... We were like massed by huge numbers, we were running away, turned camera around and my bro was standing there, like 1cm from my character >_> I seriously fell off my chair
Sixdust
Wii fit definitely has its jumpy moments during the exercises.
BigNekkidSnake
Resident Evil 4: Biohazard. Those Regenerators breathing sound.... Weird and freaky. Heh so thats the name of those things.... I always just called them Chronic Masturbators because they're always breathing heavily. Doom 3 makes me jump sometime like when you open a door and one of those fireball demons jumps out. Stig
Fallout 3 The Dunwich Building Call me a pussy but man, playing that sh*t at like 4 A.M. with no lights is creepy, especially when doors are opening themselves when you get close to them and ghouls are jumping out of nowhere! Mainland Marauder
Doing the triple jump on World Class Track Meet back in the day. The hell with Resident Evil - NES Power Pad FTW. kingvercetti
The Dr Salvadors on Resi 4 really put me on edge, just the sound of a chainsaw, goes right through me (no pun intended). Doom 3 made me jump a lot for as much as I played, which wasn't a lot cos for some stupid reason I always chose to play after midnight. Condemned on the other hand I found really funny. Dead Space is quite jumpy, but it all gets better once you realise you can blow everything to bits. Sounds a stupid thing to be wary of, but a certain bit of music in all the Halo games really makes me edgy, it's usually played when you're fighting flood, and it's sort of just a repetitive high pitched noise. Freaky stuff.
Gouveia
In SWAT 4, in a level where you're in a house that's all dirty and dark, and that there's a children cemetery at the basement. The song made me go SO slowly through the level. In Left 4 Dead, in my first play through, I was playing in the Subway level of the No Mercy chapter, then, all of sudden, a Tank comes. I kill it with my shotgun and I hear some crying. I think that it is a survivor or something and I see a girl, crouched. I try to get to her, but nothing. Then, I accidentally clicked the RT button and I hear some screaming. All of sudden, that witch is chopping the f*ck out of me. In Resident Evil 4, there is a part where you turn into a corner and a ganado blasts out of some sort of refrigerator, in flames.
