More MP questions (PC)

I have a few mp questions. I'm not very versed in the online gaming.

I've been playing mp all afternoon and I've made a few friends in games, but when they make a friend request I don't know how to make one in return. How do I do it? I looked around, but I didn't see anything.

Second, I guess this isn't a question but a comment. It seems like most people don't know what to do in a lot of the games so they treat all games like death matches. I like the mafia game where it gives you missions to complete so when these guys are killing each other I'm doing all the missions almost by myself. It's good for me cause I get most of the money and usually win the game, but it's WAY more fun when everyone is fighting over the missions. A few people ask what to do in the game and I usually tell them, but they usually ignore it and start death matching.

SO far even though I've been playing MP for 3 days I have no stats in the social club. Has anyone been able to check their stats online? It says I must log in when the game starts to get my stats and I do every time, but no stats. Does anyone have any advice there?

-To make a friend request you go into your GFWL menu and click friends. On the top there should be a button where it says add friend.

 

-Your comment would probably a rant for me. I hate it when you're doing some fun things like stunts in free mode and people ruin it by killing you.

 

-I think stats are just your rank? I'm not sure about this really. I've played maybe 2 ranked games because the lack of them. I just know that I ranked up once and that's it.
