Lock camera while driving

Hello guys,

 

i would love some help on this issue: while i drive vehicles, the camera follows me really slowly, in such a way i cant look in front of me anymore.

 

Is there any way to lock the camera in a precise angle, or make it follow the vehicle direction faster?
