New error code WS10

I've had nothing but trouble since I've tried to install GTA IV on my PC. On the first attempt I've had several read errors on both of the DVDs. I've uninstalled the game.

Another install. No errors this time. I'm ready to play. RSSC installed, account created. LIVE update - done. When I try to run the game I get a fatal error: WS10

I've tried several more uninstall/install with the same results. Whats more the required GfWLive update completly screwed my other games that were using LIVE -

I've lost access to my profile in Gears of War and the same happened to Fallout 3.

BTW - after the game is uninstalled it says that Securom is beeing removed as well - thats bull - I've checked and the files are still there.

I'm thinking about returning the game (got it from Amazon) and resorting to illegal copy which will probably work better than oryginal one.

Several of my friends have bought the game and not a single one is happy about it. If Rockstar doesn't want to produce quality games for PC and wants to concentrate

on consoles only - its fine by me but I want my money back!!!
