And if it is can you make me one with a private stunting land at the airport? The reason being is because like you said, there has to be the correct coding and that is the stuff that tells what goes where, which in this case would be a private stunting land at the airport. You need custom firmware to enable the cheat as the CheatDevice only works on custom firmware. If you are referring to hacked gamesave people give out, then no, it is still not possible.
