GTAIV-Is-Crap Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 (edited) Got this strange problem with Rocksh*tes new GTAIV (on the PC) (can you tell I'm pissed off) Its runs fine, YES! Fine, with all setting down low! But then about 5 minutes into the game, it all get big time choppy, to the point of stopping. Anyone else getting this issue? I was talking to the support staff on the 0870 1242222 number and (while waiting for 20mints! to be connected) I said to him that I bet he's busy today, he said "yes very!" the man said that "he just did not know" what the problem was and that there really are so many problems at this time. Kurgen Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 Yes, this sounds like the oft-reported "memory-leak" issue that you'll doubtless read about elsewhere. I doubt this will be solved without an official patch, sorry. BTW, lose the username... you're gonna look real dumb if/when the game gets fixed and becomes the game it should've been all along.
