Light Graphic Problem

So, Hello!

 

I've got special problem I think. Evrything is OK except one thing, lights. Light on my game is flicking. I don't know why, cause of my graphic card?

PS. I've tried evry conceptions of graphic settings!

My graphic card: Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 512MB
