osmaeel Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 Is it possible for you to buy One copy of GTA IV and download it on two computers? Then play online with just one copy of GTAIV? The reason I ask is because I want to play it with my brother. would this be possible or would you have to buy two copies of GTA IV? HBAndrew Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 Since you can run Steam in offline mode, if someone bought it on Steam, logged in on one PC and set it to work offline, then load it up on the second PC, wouldn't LAN be possible between them if Steam was blocked by firewall from accessing the net and computers linked together through router?
