How to copy the save file to another window?

Hi,would like to know how can i copy my save data in winxp to vista 64bit?

Have tried to copy and paste the save files in local/app data/rockstar game/gta iv/ from xp to vista,but when i get in game and load the file it gives an error.

Any way to get the offline data?Dont wanna start again in vista sad.gif
