Radio problem

I have a problem with my Radio @ gta 4

 

When I play the game I get some radio scrambling and when you leave your car the scrambling still on..

 

When I start a mission i will crash but no error :S

 

I have the latest chipset audio drivers installed....

 

Specs:

 

Core i7 920 2,6ghz

Asus p6t deluxe

hd4870 1gb

6gb DDR3

Soundmax audio drivers

Vista ultimate eternity x64
