For speedy machines will be great 30FPS limit and for worse machines 25FPS limit. I think is better playing on stable 25FPS like 25-40FPS... What do you think? My PC is averaging between 25 and 50 FPS already for GTA IV, that's according to Fraps. On San Andreas it averages between 60 and 140 FPS. Maybe your system is just a little slow... just a thought.
