dnottis
In Assassin's Creed fraps would do that. Run the in game benchmark utility and see what that says. Very doubtful you are actually seeing FPS that high unless everything is on low.
Chevyboy
Although I`m not in any way accusing you of lying, fraps has been known to do that. As the person above me said use the in game benchmark. When it spits out something like 30-50 fps (somewhere in there anyways) you know fraps is wrong in this case. gamesguru
I saw a vid on YouTube where he got it up to 600+! Apparently it's a glitch caused with the ATi cards. On the video the cars had weird textures, and the shadows were all f*cked up.

Nitari
same thing happens with Assasins Creed ..actually the frame rates are 2 digits but due to overlapping of digits by fraps it shows like that ..most prolly a fraps bug
Spicey
The jaggies look really bad with this game. No AA, who'd have thought it.
Chevyboy
The jaggies look really bad with this game. No AA, who'd have thought it. Looks far better in game than most screen shots. Between the MSpaint saves and screen resizing on the forums a lot of quality is lost and the picture gets distorted. But yes, could stand some AA
snak3ua
The jaggies look really bad with this game. No AA, who'd have thought it. its because of its low res that it's so obvious because at 1680x1050 i barely see them
chewwy
hmm, if its true: you said that you have a Triple-Core Processor as i know, xbox360 has also this numbers of cores maybe this is the solution?
Cojage
hmm, if its true: you said that you have a Triple-Core Processor as i know, xbox360 has also this numbers of cores maybe this is the solution? Ya this would mean that because the port is so sh*tty, that it will run the best if you have around the same hardware as an xbox360... lol
chewwy
i mean that it could be optimized for 3 cores cpu
Nuke142
fraps is a crap. i see 999 in some games. use rivatuner!
jesushumper
Assassin's Creed did that because the anamorpic 16:9 bars wre always forced on non 16:9 displays, so the Fraps value would ghost and draw over itself. That's clearly not happening in this case.
Andre9977
W1ckeD-, GTA_XP You guys are totally idots.
