is GTA IV for PC the worst port ever?

Is GTA IV for the PC the worst port ever made?by seeing the enormous bugs in it,it seems so.

Do you agree?or is there a worse port than it??or is it thy buggy game?OR there are drivers/OS/Overheating/blah-blah-blah-blah problem?Or am i a Noob?

I think this game takes the cake for worst port.

 

Or Big Rigs, apparently that was a very challenging Arcade game which got horribly screwed over in the port process.

 

It does seem unfortunately that games these days are going through less testing time and more gloating time. Sadly it seems the situation will only get worse.

Not been the best year for ports. I'm struggling with the PS3 version of Fallout 3 at the moment.

 

I swear there was a time when I could buy games and they weren't completely f*cked.

As for worst port, from all the games I have (which is very few), GTA4 has had the worst port but that doesn't mean it's the worst ported game of all time.

All things considered, it must be hard to port such a major title. Millions of assets to be checked, so many things can go wrong.

 

That said, come on, Rockstar. You had to do at least some cross platform testing, right? I mean, for god's sake, releasing such a broken title should be a crime.

 

Yet, I am reminded that pretty much every rockstar PC game I've ever played was riddled with bugs. Maybe its time to outsource QA, guys.
