Arkane78
Hey, I've got GTA4 for the PC, I don't use a controller (I use keyboard + mouse). I've managed to map the keys and mouse how I'd like it but the problem I'm having is with the Bowling and Pool mini-games (maybe others too). When the instructions tell me to move the MOUSE back, then forward... I do so but nothing happens. When I try it with the pool mini-game, it looks like the mouse action is stuttering badly and when I push the mouse forward, it hits the ball very very lightly no matter how much force I use. This wasn't an issue on GTA:SA. Has anyone else found this issue? I'm using a USB Optical Mouse - nothing out of the ordinary. It's not a mouseflip either - I've also put in a request to Rockstar support about it and will post back here if I hear anything... but if anyone has any ideas I'd be happy to hear from you. Thanks. pylb_etajv
You need to really pull the mouse back a lot. Try using a higher sensitivity.

Arkane78
Hey I've tried damned near everything - what's odd is that outside of those mini-games, it's absolutely fine. I don't have another mouse to try. (unless I try to plug my rat's tail into the USB port... but I don't think that'd work at all... ) If I learn anything from Rockstar or I try something and it works, I shall post the results here, even if stuff doesn't work. For now - I've tried upping mouse sensitivity, I've tried all kinds of movements with the mouse and... nothing. Niko stood there with a bowling ball, looking like he's about to double-over in pain or fall over... that impresses women... oh yeah! Peace. I can play, but I cannot see anything.... imagine a ful lighted room.... and a pool-table that is covered from shadow... spread out from the "light" above. Sry, for hijacking... but I think enough threads were opened out there.. ..so anyone has got the same problem? SeeU
