fifelo
Okey im having some difficulties with Windows Live.. Ok so here's the problem, I bought the game yesterday and I couldn't play online because of the "MMA10" error. I waited one day and tried again and it worked but when i was going to log in to windows live ingame i couldn't connect. "Downloading profile. This might take a few minutes. Please don't close the game." And after a while it said I couldn't connect. Is this problem related to the hotfix i cant install when i open; Games for windows - LIVE in windows? I've tried to turn of the firewall etc but it wont help.. Does anyone else have the same problem as me? Anyone out there have an idea how to fix this? I appreciate all the help I can get! thanks,,,,. poncratias
yeah same problem here! I cannot play GTA IV online because oft that!! I have no router, no firewall, all ports open but this ***** aint gonna let me connect to LIVE ! I tried EVERYTHING. But you know whats the best? THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR "GAMES FOR WINDOWS LIVE" !!!!! Sure, they got a "support page" on their website, but there ain't no frickinoptions of getting support for problems with GFWL, just some feedback possibilities about the website and stuff! No way of getting in contact with support, neither mail or phone!! I did not believe it, searched for hours, then I called the Microsoft Hotline, those didn't know any help, told me to contact the xbox-hotline (!), who also hadn't any clue.
