Don't accelerate at once, do it in gaps and try to keep up with the left door of the Tanker. Don't ride very close to the wheels though. Make sure there is space between the bike and tanker wheels but it should be enough to let Cesar hope on to the tanker. It takes a little while to get the speed and position right.
