But maybe when i can get this it would manage: 12 Ghz Intel Core i9 Ultra Ultra 8-Core Extreme Edition + Nvidia 999 Ultra 5GB Overclocked and then Overclocked Some more edition + 32 GB DDR7 RAM + SSD 26x Faster than HDD + PCIE Express 5.0???? dr.whiz Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 you're probably gonna have to wait for some kind of patch to make the game play as it should be with those low settings and your setup. so far, pretty much the only ones ive seen playing it at 60fps+ have been the ones with an i7 processor. Its not even using the CPU and 100%!!! still, since the game was coded by a bunch of monkeys you can't expect it to run as you think since you're human. you could still try some of the tips people have been leaving in here to increase fps. that might help. GTA III...............: 30FPS GTA Vice City......: 30FPS GTA San Andras..: 25FPS and if had GTA IV framelimiter, no one blaming it for slow runnig....
