Hey,

 

According to Rockstar Support NVidia graphic-cards has a bug and it will be fixed soon. Expecilly for those who has NVidia GeForse 7-series ie. NVidia GeForse 7950 GX2. The latest driver is 178,24 and there is a bug in this driver.
