I know a few Scottish people have cockney accents like he does, must of just picked it up from the other SAS members and since he didn't talk in Modern Warfare 1, they can get away with it. Just because he's Scottish doesn't mean he needs a hilariously stereotypical Scottish accent. Anyways, could anybody tell what weapon the ultra nationalist solider was carrying at 3:08 on the Gamespot video? It gets too blurry for me to tell. "Oi, Susie!" *whacks him in the face* @Tobias Funke - If you're talking about when he rounds the corner and melees the soldier, I'm almost 100% positive that the weapon swap icon that comes up is for a FAMAS assault rifle. edit - Yep. The guy who got knifed was carrying a FAMAS. edit2 - This site kicks f*cking ass. We got heartbeat sensors (f*cking rainbow six had that sh*t in 97), ice climbing, snowmobiles, auto-Glocks, and what look like Docter red dots instead of those sh*tty ones from MP in MW1. This game is going to f*cking rock. I just hope the rest of your group members aren't like Sgt. Smith and sh*t. We need more Gazes, Roaches, and Soaps. Also, I'm pretty jealous of you over-the-pond folks. You get cool accents, and cool terms like "Union Jack". @EasyTiger - I wouldn't be surprised if they had a selection set of MP vs SP weapons. sh*t, half the weapons in MP you only got a chance to use in SP if they were dropped. Oh by the way anuj, mind if I use that Union Jack image for my sig? And I agree with the accent; I mean Gordon Ramsay is Scottish but sounds nothing like Frankie Boyle, so yeah I understand your point Tobias. That has to be the least plausible weapon attachment ever. (For a rather realistic FPS) Thermal would have been counter-productive though, taking all the weather effects into account. It was announced a while ago and people were a bit sceptical about how it would be used. I doubt they will add it to multiplayer seeing as a UAV is pretty much the same thing. And it does seem pretty far fetched, I guess I'll just have to imagine it being a heat sensor.
