Grand Theft Auto IV Screenshots

Recommended Posts

may anyone please post screens at 800x600 ate lowest settings? i want to know how will it look like at my sh*tty pc...

Theres screenshots at 1024x768 on the lowest settings on the 2nd or 3rd page (can't remember).

I doubt the resolution goes down as far as 800x600.

How about a laptop (Dell XPS M1530):

GF 8600M GT 256MB DDR3(sth around 4400 3DMarks)

C2D T8300 2.4 GHZ

3GB RAM

Vista

Is there a chance to run smoothly (for enough is sth around 20-25 fps) on minimum (1280x800) ? Is it possible to turn off the shadows. The game would look better without them than with minimum shadows density.

Looks like this game wants high cpu and high Graphics card... I know what is says on the box but from what people are saying on here, it just sounds like you need both requirements CPU and graphics card to be @ the high - mid

Rollese uploaded a new video with highest settings gameplay.

Looks like medium settings to play smoothly...

Your gonna need to read the description on the right of the video...

this description?

FPS gained (1280x1024):

Low: 40-60 FPS, no drops at all

Highest: 15-25 FPS, not really playable. It may seem smooth in the video, but it was really hard to play.

Wow. That's a nice amount of cars on the screen at once...

That's a good, reasonable amount of cars on screen. Not so many as to be unable to get through traffic, but not so few as to become a ghost town.

But so far it appears that this is the only positive about this port. confused.gif
