Ding ding! You are wrong mate... wind causes those ripples, and IMO the water is freakin' realistic in GTA IV.

lol yes, ive played it for 100+ hours, completed the story 3 times, still want to play the full story with the snow mod.

Sometimes the cars I use have their suspension slammed before I enter it.

Looks awsome. haha.

 

Speed Blur. ( I ended up totaling the car with the traffic ahead. Couldnt stop in time. I love the realistic handling mod. It makes the cars so much more fun to drive and fast as hell.)
