Ok so i have a radeon 7950 which shown in the picture it says i have 3GB (3039MB) but in the paragraph to the side it says that i am exceeding the memory limits but yet it is only using a fraction of it, the problem im having is that it wont let me change the graphics settings at all i cant change the resolution off the lowest and i cant change the quality either, my last graphics card which was a radeon 6670 i could run the game perfectly fine but this new beefier card i get this i get this on gta iv and episodes from liberty city too i dont get any memory problems on any other games just the gta iv games. Its not even that the card can somehow not handle the game because i get frame rates well over 200fps,

 

Please help me I would really appreciate it xD

Uninstall and reinstall drivers. I had the exact same problem last weekend. My graphics driver had somehow messed itself up, but reinstalling the whole driver got the problem sorted.

Does anyone here know how to take a screenshot, without Niko being in the image? I want to take some nice pictures of Liberty City, but i can't because i've always got Niko in the way!
