The funny thing is no one can play because the copy protection has not been cracked. I bet Rockstar could reduce piracy a lot by cross-licensing. Include a coupon in the box that says you get $30 back (or equivalent points or credit somewhere) if you mail in proof of purchase of a console version. Then you're paying just for new features and it addresses the legitimate feeling of "I already sort of paid for this" when a PC version of a console game comes out.
