dxk12 Posted November 28, 2008 Share Posted November 28, 2008 ok. i downloaded CLEO 3 library and when i installed it and tryed to start gta sa b4 anything starts it says "gta sa.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" but without CLEO it works just fine how do i fix this problem? Go in you GTA SA Directory. then go into ReadMe folder and open ReadMe.txt and on the third line or so, it should say V1.00 or V2.00 i have 2nd but i downgraded it allready Try the Sannybuilder forums. keybladekyle Posted December 12, 2008 Share Posted December 12, 2008 I have always had this problem when installing cleo but it will usually fix itself when i keep modding, recently i have been experimenting with what fixes it and for some reason having a modified exe seems to do the trick.
