Ottae Posted November 27, 2008 Share Posted November 27, 2008 Get a better translator, seriously. Treat your gang members with respect, and you will receive respect yourself. Take on board people's ideas, don't rule the gang with an iron fist. You can't just appoint yourself boss, you need a basis for your rule. Respect is earned, not given. Treat your members with respect and let them voice their opinions - and they will treat you the same way. Earn their mutual trust. If they think that you obviously lack leadership quality, talk it out with them. Ask them what you lack. If doesn't work what else can I do??? If that doesn't work, quit trying to be a boss and concentrate on whatever position you get given in the gang. Work on that position without actually expecting any rewards. I never felt that respect was a derivative of power. Just because you lead a gang does not mean you gain automatic respect. The best thing to do is to talk to your team and know what you lack. Either that or its a complete mutiny -- you'll have to step down in the interest of the gang. I suggest you read through everything that has been suggested before. You've got some advice, don't expect anything to miraculously change in a day. Good luck.
