GtaMaster1993
I have a 360, and quite frankly! ITS SH*T! Nah im joking, i've had xbox's for about 2 years now. I've been through 3 xboxes and they keep scratching. Luckily the update came out, now i can install them to the hard-drive. but they are still scratching kinda. Another problem is that i put my games in the xbox, it wont read them, so i have to put them in 3 times, in and out for them to work. so im gonna buy a ps3. my bros games dont have literally have a single scratch on them. is a ps3 worth it? do alot of people have headsets online? are the graphics any different for gta? please just give me a quick run down of how the ps3 is different. Furnace
Apparently graphics on the Xbox are more vibrant, but I have played on both systems and have noticed no differences. I notice more pop-up when playing the Xbox version, frame rate drop seems to affect both systems the same, but texture and model loading seems to be slightly slower on the Xbox. The PS3 doesn't scratch my games, all 12 of mine are prestine. As well as blu-rays and DVDs, all fine. I'd say about 1/10 people online have mics, most on FM are children, I don't know about other game modes. I've had my PS3 since launch and have had no problems, the occasional crash (like once a month on average, it was worse before the pach though), but what system doesn't. xNamexTakenx
Hells yeah, a PS3 is worth it! When it comes to headsets, quite a lot of people have them. I've come across many people who have it. I don't have one myself, though. The graphics for IV are slightly better for PS3 than 360's graphics because you have to install IV and the graphics and everything runs smoother. There are hardly any load-times, too. Some other helpful tips how PS3 differs from 360: •Online/multi-player is free! •We've got Home! Well, soon anyway. •We have an internet browser •We've got other apps like [email protected] and Life With Playstation •You can play Blu-Ray movies on PS3 Those are the main ones. However, there are more.

Do you get that message that tells you "Put this disk in an xbox 360"? Most retarded message ever, it doesn't even know it's a 360. But a mate of mine gets that message alot, and has to open an close till it works. I bet the guy who wrote that message is laughing his head off. Flat Face
360 has dlc. Nuff said. i Lol'd the 1st reply pretty much said it all, ps3 is really more of an entertainment system where as the Xbox is known as a gaming console even though they basically do the same things, i own a ps3 and just going by the horror stories i've heard about 360's im hella glad i have a ps3, had it since launch and i've seriously only had 2 problems with it the whole time, both were in IV and it was just freezing, no problems while playing other games or watching movies or anything so i say yeah its worth the buy. CharmingCharlie
I don't think we need another excuse for people to bash each others choice of console. If you have access to this forum then you have access to the internet and a whole wealth of advice on the relative strengths and weaknesses of each machine.
