cacarla Posted November 28, 2008 Share Posted November 28, 2008 I already tried my hand at this the last time you posted the Special SnP request and the game crashed at loading with v1 and v2 scripts. Adding your weapon.dat also resulted in the game crashing. Generally, people don't want to tweak with their .dat files and replace their original ones. Also, if you can link us to the mod you're using maybe someone can help. I'll leave this open just in case you want to make some changes to the request. Girish Posted November 28, 2008 Share Posted November 28, 2008 The problem is not the replacing the weapon.dat file but installing the 'Things To Do in SA' mod. Most helpers are willing to switch scripts to do a SnP but installing a total conversion mod is something we stay away from. It's just too much work for a single SnP request. So, you can either wait till someone with the mod already installed comes around to help you (which is highly unlikely) or you could try doing the mission yourself by reverting back all the changes you made and installing the things to do mod on a fresh copy of the game.
