How to create a mod ?

Ok can anyone teach me the basics of creating a mod ?

 

 

Does creating a mod need the use of sanny builder ?

First of all, read. If you do not read you wont understand anything.

 

After reading you will know what kind of mods you do with some tools. Sanny builder is only used for Mission Coding (General SA scripting, SCM and CLEO).

 

If you want to create peds, cars, maps, guns, etc. You need to make 3D Models, so u better use 3D Studio Max.

 

And stuff. read, because "how do i make a mod" is a question that has been asked 1,987,986,234 times.
