After you downloaded , Replace Vorbisfile.dll from the cleo you downloaded with the ones in gta sa folder . 3. After that , you put in vorbishooked.dll and cleo.asi into gta sa folder . 4. Make a new folder in your GTA SA Folder with the name CLEO . 5. Unzip/Extract cleo3.rar into your CLEO Folder which is in the GTA SA Folder. 6. Now your DONE! How to INSTALL a CLEO Mod. 1.
