crashing problem in gta sa copland

when i first played the gta san andreas copland game it was okay i had also completed the game but when i played this game one month later it was crashing repeatedly after every 5-10 minutes. i had tried to solve it by deleting the gta_sa.set file, running the game in win 98 compatibility, updating the driver but to no avail. provide me some suggestion

MY PC INFO

OS: windows xp professional sp2

Video Card: intel g33/g31 express chipset family 128mb

Processor: intel pentium dual cpu [email protected] 1.80 GHz

Ram: 1gb DDR 2
