save game doenst load even after patching!

i've heard that gta3 savegames will load after u patch it to 1.1.But in my gta3,it doesn't load even after pacthng to 1.1. any help please? sneaky2.gif

there's no way! If you install 1.1 patch the game WILL load the savegames! Did you buy the game or you downloaded it?
