[REL | Final] Improved Effects

Howdy

 

This mod replaces some of the textures in-game to give you better looking effects. I have kept most modified textures as their original size, which means you won't notice any drop in performance. I've kept most particles (smoke, dust etc) intact, as any attempt to change them usually looks retarded. (Unless you are very bored and wish to spend your time perfecting pixels)

 

Textures have been sourced from various places including myself and previous GTA games.

Thanks ppl, yeah there certainly are a lot of these texture mods, but every one I've seen has rediculously large textures, I wanted a mod that people could use on their laptop

That's the reason I'm Downloading this, I mean, why people want huge high detail images JUST FOR SMOKE? I think it's a conspiracy against craptops like mine

 

EDIT: However the Bubble effect and the Boatwake looks a bit unrealisticly weird, anyways, I like everything else
