HolyGrenadeFrenzy
For replay value I give GTA SA a 9 out of 10.
640509-040147
@ XxianxX - Mr. 49? I'm not Mr 49. You are also a member on HMF? Topic, The 90 and City Slicking really beat the hell outta me. I wasted more of my time on them, than the rest of SA. Yes, Flying School is piece of that celebrate-with-thing. Yes. My screen name is secret though. It ends with 49. XxianxX
Me.. The trick is speed up along the right hand side of the runway and slowly turn towards the plane.
640509-040147
Thanks. I'll try it. I had to play it 20+ times to succeed.

XxianxX
It is easy with cheats f*ck cheats. Cheats are for pussies. I agree to a certain extend. Freefall is easy(at least to me). Hence there should be no need for cheats.

Hence there should be no need for cheats. What cheat makes it easier anyway? I can't think of one. Just pick up the body armor from the hangar you take the Dodo from and you wont need to cheat to restore it on the shoot-out.
Algonquin Assassin
I know that this is quite an old thread, but I didn't really want to make a new one, so anyway... When I first played SA I needed to use cheats to complete it. Now I'm a bit older, and more skilled at GTA games I find it alot easier. IMO I think SA is quite easy during the first LS part, the countryside missions, and the first half of the San Fierro missions. After "Toreno's last Flight" I feel it starts to get quite hard. Overall when I first played SA it was pretty hard, but it doesn't feel as hard now.

RomanViking
The only missions I had trouble with were Stowaway (catching up with the plane) and Wrong Side of the Tracks Until I figured out the proper way to beat them: For Wrong Side of the Tracks build up your motorcycle skill up to the half way point, for some reason it makes Big Smoke a more efficient shooter. And for Stowaway you have to shift your weight forward so the bike goes faster
Jessica NCT
The NRG Challenge was the only thing I was stuck on during my first 100% playthrough. Tried it literally dozens of times and in the end only passed it through sheer luck. My second go at 100%, I did it first time. Haha. Well, you know what you did wrong first time, so you can avoid doing it again. I'm having to go through GTA:CW again (something happened to it when I was in Malaga) and I'm passing missions the first time that it took me several times to do first time around. As for the topic at hand - there's only been a few problems with missions (largely the flying ones) that I've eventually passed (although I gave up with the "Just Business" mission and asked for help - and nearly did with the hateful "Wrong Side of the Tracks"). executive_heists

It's funny, because with "Wrong side of the tracks" in my last save it took me about 7-8 tries to pass it, but with this one I passed it with flying colors. Smoke killed them all before the train left the tunnel. Probably helped too that my bike skill was up pretty high.

I find if you stay slightly ahead of the train and as far right of the tracks as possible this helps Big Smoke as you're not so close to the train and the last time I did this mission I had it completed just as I entered the tunnel! CryptReaperDorian
Last time I've completed "Wrong Side of the Tracks" I've used the method that when you get on the land to the right of the train, and then land the bike on the train, and then kill the guys with a drive-by. GTA SA has some hard missions, but it isn't too hard to complete the story. It's the longest storyline of any GTA up to date I believe. For me, GTA III is the hardest GTA I've ever played (hate it when some f*cker runs up to your vehicle and blows it up with a shotgun). I find GTA LCS and GTA IV quite easier than GTA SA however. SanAndreasManiac
when I first played SA, I had problems with Wrong side of the Tracks, Just Business, Air Raid, End of the line but now it's much easier, it's a matter of personal skill
Redketman
I think San Andreas is a quiet easy game to complete just like most of the GTA games. But I remember I had some problem with Zero's second mission and the Flying School mission.
needtosolveepsilonnow
Well, I had a bit of bother with Wrong Side Of The Tracks, Just Business, Local Liqor Store and Vertical Bird, but apart from those I was fine
Benjimino234
Some things are hard. But there are just little tasks, like tags, oysters, photo ops, horse shoes, submissions, 'hidden' submissions and asset missions. Takes at least 30+ hours. MyDog
It isn't so hard I completed it without any cheats, but the hardest missions were Wrong Side of the Tracks, Vertical Bird and Learning to Fly! Also, I had trouble with Freefall. The flying missions were f*cking hard, especially the part when you had to destroy targets. And they were right before my favorite part: Las Venturas missions! Also I never had any problems with Stowaway nor Just Business. I found them very easy. Edited August 3, 2009 by MyDog
CJBombaye
I never use cheats and completed the game a couple of times 'cept for the BMX and NRG-500 challenges and the LV stadium challenges. Apart from doing "Air Raid" on PS2 the hardest is prolly the NRG-500 challenge.
LanceVanceDance07
I completed San Andreas without too much difficulty. There were a couple of missions that gave me some trouble, but overall it was a pretty easy game.
Tobias Fünke
Supply Lines on the Original San Andreas was nearly impossible, the only mission I ever had major problems with. And Snail Trail and Photo Opportunity weren't difficult, just tedious.
gtathebest4ever
the missions aren't all that hard, but getting 100% is more about patience than gaming skill.
