There were some serial bomb blasts and then some random firing took place inside a few big hotels. I hear 3 people have been killed in those firings and 10 injured. They just showed a picture of some guy, a suspected terrorist with a bloodied face running away from the scene wearing a blue backpack and some sort of wristband.
