Why I can't install mods over SAMI

Hello there,

 

I'm not able to install any mod over SAMI but I have no idea why is that. There are two bugs that I get:

 

1) Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

 

Weird.. I'm trying to install something with SAMI (San Andreas Mod Installer).

 

Here's error pops up.

2) Here's another error pops up at my screen while trying to install something.

I would be glad if you guys could help me so I can install mods over SAMI, not manually. Or if you don't know how to fix this please let me know for another MOD INSTALLER.

You can only install cars, not sure if you can install others but all i know is you can install cars, boats, bikes, planes.

How come? Isn't that supposed to install everything (including SA Roads, Patches and etc)?

Well, i am not exactly sure it don't install stuff like that unless i think if you have a script for SAMI other than that i don't know..
